Ancient Age: Features aromas of corn, caramel, toffee and vanilla. Follows through with many of the same but with a hint of spice and a lingering finish hinting of toffee and citrus.
Angels Envy: On the nose you’ll detect notes of subtle vanilla, raisins, maple syrup, and toasted nuts. On the palate there will be hints of vanilla, ripe fruit, maple syrup, toast, and bitter chocolate
Bardstown Bourbon: An exquisite contrast of vibrant nectarine with toasted almond and honey leads to cedar and rich toffee with light tannin on the palate. An elegant finish showcases the delightful balance between youthful and aged Kentucky Bourbon.
Basil Hayden Bourbon: Hints of spice, tea, and peppermint start the experience of this spirit and sway into a light bodied experience with a gentle bite. The finish is dry, clean, with just a brief reminder of it’s spice.
Basil Hayden Dark Rye: An aroma of oaky notes balanced with dark berries and molasses. Complex blend of caramel, dried fruit, and oak with back notes of spice and a rounded mouthfeel.
Bib & Tucker: Like the turn of the century that inspired it, boldness and refinement come together to create a bourbon that’s meant to be raised in celebration. Aged for a minimum of 6 years in new American white oak barrels to produce unparalleled smoothness.
Blanton’s Original Single Barrel: The world’s first single barrel bourbon has a taste profile that is sweet with citrus and oak with a creamy vanilla nose that features hints of nuts, caramel, orange and light chocolate.
Buffalo Trace: A complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Pleasantly sweet to the taste with notes of brown sugar and spicethat give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit, and anise. Finishes long and smooth with serious depth.
Bulleit Bourbon: A unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt give this drink a bold and spicy nature. Mid-palate tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg give way to a long, dry finish and a light toffee flavor.
Bulleit Rye Whiskey: The high rye content gives this spirit a bold, spicy character. Limestone-filtered water provides a foundation for it’s character, while charred American oak barrels lend a smoky backbone.
Bulleit 10 Year: Aged in charred American white oak, select Bulleit Bourbon barrels were set aside to age for 10 years. The result is a special expression of Bulleit that provides a rich, deep, incredibly smooth sipping experience.
Bushmills: Bushmill’s Original is a blend of triple distilled single malt whiskey with a lighter Irish grain whiskey. The nose is light and fruity with spicy aromas and vanilla notes developing into crème brulee. From here this whiskey lends a gentle, warming mouthfeel with a touch of honey sweetness. The finish is crisp and fresh with a touch of spice.
Bushmills 10 Year: The first of the single malts‚ and one that will leave you with an exceptionally smooth finish. The distinctive Bushmills light fruity aroma travels over the lip of your tumbler to deliver 10 years of maturation mostly in bourbon seasoned barrels. Nose is of light fruit and spicy aromas while that old Kentucky spirit becomes melted chocolate and honey that sits on the tongue. Finish is crisp and clean, which gently dies off.
Crown Royal: Rich and robust, with slight hints of vanilla and fruit. Delicately smooth and creamy mouthfeel with hints of oak and the sweet flavor of vanilla.
Elijah Craig 12 Year Small Batch Bourbon: Produced by Heaven Hill and bottled exclusively from a dumping of 100 barrels or less with notes of caramel, butterscotch, vanilla, and a hint of the charred oak, finish is medium with rye and char.
Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon: Complex, full bodied and smooth with a long, mellow finish containing hints of ripe plum, cherry and other fruits, mild spices, plus sweet aromas including caramel, cocoa, vanilla and maple syrup. Double Gold Medal Winner at the 2014 Denver International Spirits Competition.
Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon: A highly awarded spirit, this small batch is mellow and perfectly balanced. With a nose of spice, rich fruit, and hints of sweet oak, the palate gives way to ripened red berries and dried spice for a rich body. Finishing smooth and pleasantly long, this is an easy sippin’ drink.
Jameson Irish Whiskey: This famous whiskey is triple distilled then aged for at least 3 years in oak barrels on the island of Ireland, giving it a crisp and highly drinkable body. Hints of vanilla, fresh grass, and just a touch of sweetness on the nose give way to a perfectly balanced flavor profile with spicy, nutty and sweet notes.
Jameson 18 Year Limited Release: A favorite of our owner and Brewmaster Brian, this is one of our most treasured whiskeys. Aromatic oils with a touch of wood and spicy toffee slide into a wonderfully mellow and smooth mouth-feel. Fudge, toffee, spice, leather, and a gentle sherry nuttiness can be noted prior to a long, lingering finish. Celebrating something? This is definitely a treat you deserve to try.
Jefferson's Small Batch: a blend of the base Jefferson’s bourbon – a simple, yet substantial whiskey – with 3 additional hand-selected straight bourbons of varying mash bills and ages. This creates a whiskey of consistent quality while allowing for complex nuances to express themselves in each new batch.
Jim Beam: A classic Kentucky bourbon that helped define the category. Toasted oak, with just a hint of caramel, cinnamon and candied apple.
Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon: An unflinching balance of deep, old-style flavor is accentuated by the toasted nuts, grain, and oak in the aroma. Taste-wise, a rich array of sweet, woody, and fruity characters leads into a full body with a long, almost glowing, finish.
Knob Creek Rye Whiskey: Expansive notes of herbs and nuances of oak on the nose give way to a classic, bold rye spiciness. Undertones of vanilla and more oak lead to a warm and smooth finish that hint at a spice throughout.
Larceny: Made with wheat instead of rye as the secondary grain, this signature Wheated Bourbon delivers a smoother taste that’s hard to resist. Won Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2021.
Maker’s Mark Bourbon: Made with a soft red winter wheat rather than the traditional rye, this bourbon has a full-flavored drink that’s never bitter or hot. The aroma of woody oak, vanilla, and caramel prevail and flow into the taste with slight fruity essences. The finish is smooth and subtle.
Maker’s 46 Bourbon: Started with the original Maker’s Mark at full cask strength, seared virgin French oak staves are then added to the barrel to age a little longer in the limestone cellar. The result is a bolder, more complex version that sings with hints of the French oak and caramel sweetness on the nose. The taste is intense with woody and rich vanilla notes, but still following through with a smooth finish.
Pendelton Canadian Whiskey: Inspired by the work ethic of the American Cowboy, this whiskey is distilled in Canada using glacier-fed spring water from Oregon’s Mt. Hood. The nose is bright with the sweetness of vanilla and toasted marshmallow that follows through into the palate. Light bodied, fruity and floral with a brief finish, this whiskey is a great mixer or served on the rocks.
Redbreast 12 Year: A well-balanced single pot still Irish whiskey, Redbreast 12 Year Old has been matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, creating a sweet-and-spicy character. The nose holds aromas of sweet fruit, toasted oak and warm spices, and the palate offers notes of buttery hot-cross-buns, dried fruits, baking spices and spicy oak.
Ridgemont Reserve 1792 Bourbon: “Goes well with Ambition.” This sophisticated and complex bourbon made from a signature “high rye” recipe speaks with an unmistakable spice mingling with sweet caramel and vanilla notes. The body is bold yet balanced and leads into a smooth, elegant finish. Definitely a house favorite!
Sazerac Rye: Aromas of clove, vanilla, anise and pepper.Subtle tasting notes of candied spices and citrus. The big finish is smoothwith hints of licorice.
Slow & Low Rock and Rye Whiskey: Started in 1884, this was considered the first ever cocktail in a bottle. The base is a well balanced Rye Whiskey which is then infused with a healthy amount of air-dried navel oranges from FL, 100% raw local honey from PA, a pinch of rock candy, and a few dashes of angostura-style bitters. The result is an easy drinking spirit best enjoyed strait or on the rocks.
Templeton Rye: Aroma of honey fills your nose with a sweet scent while the smell of summer grass gives it a fresh, earthy quality that Templeton Rye lovers embrace wholeheartedly. Complemented nicely with a creamy butter and smooth warm toffee fullness. The body is soft and almost syrupy.
Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey: Triple distilled and aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, this whiskey is well known for its smooth and gentle complexity. The nose speaks of light, sweet citrus and vanilla undertones and leads into fresh fruit and toasted wood on the palate. The finish is easy and almost buttery.
Tullamore D.E.W. 12 Year Special Reserve: Like the Original, this whiskey is triple distilled but is aged in mixed casks for 12-15 years to produce a mature and complete drink. The nose speaks of early spice and a light woody note followed by a robust, yet creamy body cloaked in chocolate, dried fruits, and nuttiness. A bright citrus pops up in the finish only to give way to an almost marzipan like sweetness.
Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon: Crafted in small batches, this bourbon contains over 200 congeners, natural color, aroma and flavor components; rich, chewy, rounded and smooth, with complex citrus, cinnamon and cocoa, toffee, caramel, chocolate and spice notes abound with a long, silky smooth finish.
Woodford Reserve Rye Whiskey: a pre-prohibition style ratio of 53% rye in its mash bill to pay homage to history’s original rye whiskeys, making spice and tobacco the dominant note among a sea of fruit, floral, and sweet aromatics, which yields a nice sweetness and overall balance
