Shanghai Stout
Full-bodied with roasted coffee undertones, our stout is mashed with over 100 pounds of oats to give it a smooth, creamy profile. Nitrogen is employed to produce a thick, creamy head and to enhance drinkability. Its name is a tribute to the bar and restaurant that formerly occupied ours.
