Knob Creek Rye Whiskey: Expansive notes of herbs and nuances of oak on the nose give way to a classic, bold rye spiciness. Undertones of vanilla and more oak lead to a warm and smooth finish that hint at a spice throughout.

Basil Hayden’s Bourbon: Hints of spice, tea, and peppermint start the experience of this spirit and sway into a light bodied experience with a gentle bite. The finish is dry, clean, with just a brief reminder of it’s spice.

Bulleit Rye Whiskey: The high rye content gives this spirit a bold, spicy character. Limestone-filtered water provides a foundation for it’s character, while charred American oak barrels lend a smoky backbone.

Maker’s Mark Bourbon: Made with a soft red winter wheat rather than the traditional rye, this bourbon has a full-flavored drink that’s never bitter or hot. The aroma of woody oak, vanilla, and caramel prevail and flow into the taste with slight fruity essences. The finish is smooth and subtle.

Maker’s 46 Bourbon: Started with the original Maker’s Mark at full cask strength, seared virgin French oak staves are then added to the barrel to age a little longer in the limestone cellar. The result is a bolder, more complex version that sings with hints of the French oak and caramel sweetness on the nose. The taste is intense with woody and rich vanilla notes, but still following through with a smooth finish.

Slow & Low Rock and Rye Whiskey: Started in 1884, this was considered the first ever cocktail in a bottle. The base is a well balanced Rye Whiskey which is then infused with a healthy amount of air-dried navel oranges from FL, 100% raw local honey from PA, a pinch of rock candy, and a few dashes of angostura-style bitters. The result is an easy drinking spirit best enjoyed strait or on the rocks.

Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey: Triple distilled and aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, this whiskey is well known for its smooth and gentle complexity. The nose speaks of light, sweet citrus and vanilla undertones and leads into fresh fruit and toasted wood on the palate. The finish is easy and almost buttery.

Tullamore D.E.W. 12 Year Special Reserve: Like the Original, this whiskey is triple distilled but is aged in mixed casks for 12-15 years to produce a mature and complete drink. The nose speaks of early spice and a light woody note followed by a robust, yet creamy body cloaked in chocolate, dried fruits, and nuttiness. A bright citrus pops up in the finish only to give way to an almost marzipan like sweetness.

Pendelton Canadian Whiskey: Inspired by the work ethic of the American Cowboy, this whiskey is distilled in Canada using glacier-fed spring water from Oregon’s Mt. Hood. The nose is bright with the sweetness of vanilla and toasted marshmallow that follows through into the palate. Light bodied, fruity and floral with a brief finish, this whiskey is a great mixer or served on the rocks.

Jameson Irish Whiskey: This famous whiskey is triple distilled then aged for at least 3 years in oak barrels on the island of Ireland, giving it a crisp and highly drinkable body. Hints of vanilla, fresh grass, and just a touch of sweetness on the nose give way to a perfectly balanced flavor profile with spicy, nutty and sweet notes.

Jameson 18 Year Limited Release: A favorite of our owner and Brewmaster Brian, this is one of our most treasured whiskeys. Aromatic oils with a touch of wood and spicy toffee slide into a wonderfully mellow and smooth mouth-feel. Fudge, toffee, spice, leather, and a gentle sherry nuttiness can be noted prior to a long, lingering finish. Celebrating something? This is definitely a treat you deserve to try.
