Sierra Gold-Single Hop Varietal
This light-bodied American Pale Ale features the freshest 2-row pale malted barley and a touch of malted white wheat. A single hop variety is employed throughout the brewing process, including late kettle additions as well as dry-hopping post fermentation.
The use of a single hop variety allows the Brewer to showcase the unique bitterness, flavor and aroma attributes of the “chosen hop.”
