Beer update

Hello folks,
American River Pale Ale made it’s way back to the empty beer faucet today! We used our Irish Ale yeast strain this batch and it is tasting very good! The Irish strain seems to have rounded out the hops a little making it a little maltier….I like it! I promise that we might go back to the original recipe next batch (tomorrow’s brew) but hey, we are having some fun with it!

Also back is our Gold Country Pilsner which as you know rotates in production with our other Lager, Auburn Export Lager. Both Lagers are currently available but I don’t expect the AEL to make it to the weekend.

American River Pale is our Cask ale being tapped tomorrow at 5pm sharp.
