Gold Country Pilsner

Brewed in the classic American Pilsner style, our popular Pils is a tribute to the pre-prohibition lagers developed & brewed by immigrant German brew-masters as they settled in the United States in the 1800s. This is a medium-bodied straw colored Pilsner with an elegant hop bitterness & lingering aroma.

Brewer’s notes: A touch of maize lends a subtle sweetness and light body.
