“She Barks but doesn’t bite” Black Lassie changes the perception of dark beer. Deep mahogany in color this dark jewel uses our authentic lager yeast strain to develop smooth roast chocolate flavors that are toned down a bit by special aroma hops that impart a spicy backdrop.

Food Pairings: ribs, blue cheeses, and pork.
